ACL recovery is mental as much as physical. You MUST do it at your own pace. Don't rush. Short shooting is my first step back on court in 3 months. I will do more, but the time away also helped me focus on ALL my goals. #staytuned @KUHospital @bvswgirlsbball @MokanGirls #1⚡️❤️

Technically, my first PT appointment was the day after surgery, but this week the real work begins. I managed to get to 80 degrees of flexion, 5 days post-op. Celebrating the little things with a long road ahead. #staytuned @KUHospital @MokanGirls @bvswgirlsbball #1⚡️🏀❤️
