I can’t understand how some people don't exercise.
I had a rest day and I felt so mentally exhausted.
Exercise is such a mind refresher.
I don't know how they do it.
Biggest mistake in fat loss:
Thinking that once you have lost weight it's over.
You can't just go back to your old habits.
You will gain all the weight back.
That’s why you have to change your lifestyle.
Average person:
“I have bad genetics.”
Also average person:
• Doesn't Exercise
• Sleeps too little
• Drinks alcohol
• Eats junk
Bad lifestyle = Bad genetics
Good lifestyle = Good genetics
The average person wants to:
- Build muscle
- Lose fat
- Be fit
But the average person:
- Doesn't Exercise
- Sleeps too little
- Drinks alcohol
- Eats junk
How does this go together?
I don't run.
I don't fast.
I don't meditate.
Because I don’t want to.
Many will disagree with me.
But I don't care.
I do what I want to do.
I lift.
I have breakfast.
I walk.
because I want to.
That’s why I’ve no problems with consistency.
What is good about fitness?
It shows discipline.
It shows that you are strong.
Whether you are smart or dumb.
It doesn't matter.
A great physique takes work.
A great physique = respect.
I need 50 minutes to complete a workout.
Not 2 hours.
More than 1.5 hours?

2 hours plus workouts.
More is not always more.
