Council manager says this time it’s really going to build more Traveller accommodation in the city, honest. “I’m on the Local Traveller Accommodation Consultative Committee over 10 years and there has been zero delivery in that time,” says councillor.

Today is International Day of People with Disabilities, and I am so happy that there's a day dedicated to celebrate people like me because people with disabilities are fierce and amazing people, I'm proud to be part of that community 🫶🏼 I'm proud to have a disability, but I have to say that it hasn't define me and the one thing I am most proud of is that I have made sure that I overcame whatever obstacle that has been put in my way throughout my life and I think that has made me a stronger and more determined person and activist 🤍
