@ChrisLambrt @RatherBeOnIslay @RatherBeOnIslay the expression you tasted yesterday was probably the lightest rum we will do, I find it to be quite fresh and approachable for people new to rum but it also holds a bit of weight and stands up to being mixed well. We’re working on some funkier rums rums now! 🙂

@pswhisky Wait until you break into the world of rum… this one hardly has a chance to make it into your stomach before it evaporates on your tongue. Also the new make coming of our pot still is 80% and upwards, takes a bit of time getting used to nosing that.

@MaltedBlog This was built after the war, I think it was either 59 or 69. Built to originally be the lemonade factory by the Hastie family, as a little side note it was also a Hastie who did the renovation
