@ShepJoel So while the media definitely frequently misrepresents, and it's easy to mis-interpret things like this, it does seem like either super disconnected of Musk (IMO unlikely) or done on purpose because he's looking for attention.

@ShepJoel @pmarca The self-benefit --> what's interesting point is so fascinating. Actually that kind of pursuit of self interest is why communism can never work. As long as human nature is to advance ourselves, people will exploit power, and communism centralizes it by definition...
