You know very well that black people are poor, the average black person does not have access to rich people, and this fact immediately places a cap on their future networth. Some things are just beyond your control, circumstances have an effect on your future outlook. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it severely limits the number of black people who are as wealthy as white people.

Nope, EWC is self explanatory. It doesnt speak about expropriating white people's land though, that's just another excuse for whites to claim non-existent victimhood. If only you knew that the ANC is targeting kzn's Ingonyama Trust not white people. Buthelezi has always been a stumbling block for the ANC. The weakness of the Zulu king makes the situation even dire.

@Anduril_o7 @HeinSelvin @News24 You're being evasive. Check the snapshot below, even in law, the chat is still about fairness. There's absolutely no talk of race here. The race chat was maliciously insinuated by racist fringe groups to suit their pre-conceived notions of victimhood.

You're missing the point. Let me make a simple example for you. A white person and a black person can both start solar companies. The white man knows/has access to a friend of a friend (another white man) who owns multiple garages, this garage owner inturn knows someone who has shares in multiple shopping centres. The white solar contractor is able to get business from the fore-mentioned due to the social capital he has. The black guy doesn't have those connections and is thus unlikely to have a successful business capable of employing people.

Hay Adrian, you sound like a reasonable guy. Check the image below us what is racist about the "South African Institute for Drug-free sport" Act and the "Lotteries Act". If you check the full list of those laws: You'll notice that none of them state anything relating to race. They simply state things should be done equitably, which basically means gair amd impartial, what is wrong with impartiality? If you were responsible for drafting the laws, how would you state them to ensure they are fair on everyone?

Except that's not what the law is saying though, that's your own intepretation. See the below meaning of the word. It means being "fair and impartial", what is wrong with a law stating things must be done fairly. That phrase, "all should be given equal access..." is basically what equity means. The word "equal" & "equity" have exactly the same root, they mean the same thing. The Act never states that blacks should be prioritised. Let us spread the truth, not propaganda. This 140+ laws is just misinformation, simple as that.

I'm reading on the actual Acts themselves. Check the summary below for the Marine Living Resources Act, there's no part where they say anything about race. Some of these laws simply speak about equity, the law would ammend a past law where blacks were denied something by just stating (for example), "things must be done equitably", What is wrong about doing things equitably?, dp you want the laws to continue saying blacks cant do such and such?

I'm not nitpicking, I just picked two that I found the most ridiculous. There's a few laws in that 140+ list that say anything abt race at all. Check these ones (you can Google them): National forests Act Firearms Act South African library for the blind Act Legal deposit Act South African Qualifications Authority Act Liquor Act Cross border road transport Act Marine living resources Act Engineering profession Act. Tell me what's racist about any of the above. I'll wait Theres just too many to count, the entire list itself is jist ridiculous.

@Anduril_o7 @HeinSelvin @News24 Tell us how the "South African Institute for Drug-free sport" Act and the "Lotteries" Act are oppressive? Both these laws are listed on the 140 number by Afriforum and similar groups.

Hay Adrian, you seem like a reasonable guy, please check the pic below. What is racist about the "South African institute for drug-free sport" Act and the "Lotteries Act"? Most of the laws in that 140 something number do not say anything on race, they simply revolve around "equity", is equity racist for you? If saw how would you rectify this if you were a law maker?
