While at @ascarborough ‘s PAE I was able to take the @S2Cognition Core 5 Pitching Evaluation! Based on my test results I learned that my risk tendency is low when I’m pitching, which could lead to me playing it safe and missing out on chances for wins. I will focus on adding more situations into my pitching practices and talking through the consequences of throwing or not throwing certain pitches in different situations.

I spent the last 3 days at @ascarborough Pitching Angel Experience in Texas! It was an awesome event and I’m grateful to have been given the scholarship opportunity to attend. I learned new pitching drills, did mindset training and was coached by some of the best college pitchers and strength coaches including @lhaeger17 ( @GatorsSB ) , @VestalBrooke ( @AggieSoftball ) , @ChloeRiassetto ( @TexasTechSB ) , and @S_Obie1 ( @Wass_Strength ). Some strikeouts from this past weekend at the 18u Bombers Elite Fall Showcase in RI! My @FPNE14UPeyton team went 2-3-0 on the weekend but it was a good end of the season challenge for us playing against older teams. I pitched well and hit a new in game pitching PR of 60mph! #pitching #softball #fall #softballtournament
