Don't confuse this ... QE won't start until rates are near 0% but that doesn't mean we won't STOP QT earlier
Yesterday Jerome Powell said he would not print until rates are at or near zero. Today President Trump said he wants to see lower rates and House Republicans propose $4 trillion debt limit increase…. There is no other way out of the mess we are in without lots of printing…more than likely near Q4
