Given the red and amber weather warnings over the next two days the Council’s Resilience Management Team has taken the decision to close council buildings. This will include all libraries and the Watt Institution. We will be closed Fri 24th and Sat 25th of January 2025. All physical loans due back on these days will be renewed for you.
