Invenergy has closed $1.1 billion in financing to advance three new utility-scale solar projects in Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee. These projects—Cadence Solar (240 MW), Trade Post Solar (200 MW), and Yum Yum Solar (150 MW)—will generate 590 megawatts of clean energy once operational in 2026. This milestone reflects our commitment to delivering cleaner, more reliable, affordable energy while driving local economic growth. These projects will bring significant benefits to their communities, including job creation and over $390 million in tax revenue and landowner payments. Read the full press release:

Amidst the devasting California wildfires, we are donating to @TeamRubicon, a nonprofit disaster response organization with whom we have a long-standing relationship, in support of their efforts to provide disaster relief and assist the emergency management and fire departments in the area. With thousands of trained volunteers currently in LA, the organization is tackling the work that frees up resources for first responders to address pressing emergencies. Invenergy’s Hardin II Solar Energy Center in Hardin County, Ohio, has officially reached commercial operations, and will generate 150 MW of clean energy. This milestone was made possible thanks to strong partnerships with the local community and organizations like @Meta, which will purchase the energy generated by the project. Hardin II Solar is creating a brighter, cleaner future while delivering big benefits to the local community, including: ☀️ 400+ jobs during construction ☀️ $78 million in local investments including funds for schools, emergency services, and infrastructure ☀️ New income opportunities for landowners As energy demand grows, projects like Hardin II Solar strengthen the reliability of the electrical grid. Soaring U.S. power demand growth will require action to transform our regional grids. "We’re going to need every kind of resource that’s ready and able to get built, " shared Shashank Sane, Invenergy EVP, Transmission in this recent @WSJ piece. Invenergy’s multi-state Grain Belt Express transmission line will deliver enough new domestic power supply for 50 data centers. It is the largest U.S. transmission line by capacity at 5 gigawatts. Construction is underway on Invenergy’s Hashknife Solar Energy Center in Navajo County, Arizona! This 475 MW solar + storage energy center will power over 110,000 homes and is one of the largest solar facilities in the state. Hashknife will create hundreds of jobs during construction, invest over $100M into the community, and strengthen Arizona’s clean energy future. We celebrated this milestone with our partners at @apsFYI and local leaders, and honored the Navajo County Sheriffs Posse Search and Rescue with a donation during the groundbreaking event.

The Ontario government is expanding Canada’s largest energy procurement by 50%—adding 7,500 MW of clean, reliable power to meet soaring demand.
