Unfortunately, due to outdated immigration policies, Aneesh may be forced to leave the country after graduation, taking his skills and research with him. This is a reminder of the need for reform so that talented individuals like Aneesh can continue contributing here. Visit to help those like Aneesh. Thank you, @RepDeborahRoss, for highlighting the legislative and admin actions to help children of long term visa holders, including the bipartisan America's Children Act. As @USCISDirector mentions, USCIS can take actions to help until legislative change, and they should.

The immigration system in the U.S. allows for children of legal immigrants, who are contributing as skilled workers and small business owners, to be raised and educated and then kicked out. @elonmusk, watch the @SenateBudget testimony of Laurens:
Legal immigration to America is ridiculously slow & difficult, even for super talented people. Needs to be fixed.

A mockery of justice. In Nakka v. USCIS, a federal court just said "We recognize that individuals like [plaintiff]—who have not violated any immigration laws—must violate the law to render themselves removable and obtain judicial review.” One must break the law to be able to ask a federal judge if the government has broken the law. This prevented getting a decision on this important case based on its merits.
