All I’m saying is, when these things happen, the police should investigate and find out where the father is and whether he’s in their life or not. If he isn’t then arrested him too for child abandonment. And the govt should take that baby since they won’t legalize abortion.
UPDATE ... The 24-year old mother, who allegedly abandoned her 16-month-old baby in the dunes at Walvis Bay on Saturday, has been arrested and charged under the 2015 Child Care and Protection Act and will appear in the Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court next week.
