PA'S are being scape-goated for nunerous other issues. For the BMA union to seriously push forward that GMC regulation is not in the interests of healthcare services, shows how much power these politicians need from fear, and how future strike action will be subverted.

Physician Associates need dedicated supervisors and dedicated role-specific, learning-focused support in any workplace setting and especially in the first year post qualification. The learning model at graduation needs to be nurtured and cultivated for successful employability.

3 months ago I moved to live closer to work. I now walk 5 minutes to my "office" and 2 minutes to the allotment. I'm adjacent to a beautiful canal so running green is free. I drive less than once a week (food shopping / errands) and it feels incredible!

Sure, because that is the most confusing part of the NHS with two day waiting times in A&E, delayed electives and fewer hospitals per person. There is a diverse workforce and the BMA only represents 196000 Doctors whilst NHS employs 1.2 million. This is a conflict of interest to

We train, audit and pride our frailty service on robust patient friendly summaries, including complete narrative advanced care plan disclaimer ++ We review all discharges for LOS and mortality outcomes (without wrap around palliative care). It has made a big change.
