There is no rule in HS basketball regarding position under the basket. That's why charge circle would be helpful.

Charge circle needs to be the next rule change in HS basketball.

A high school player who refuses to shake hands with an opposing coach during pregame introductions and then again in the post game handshake line says more about the player (and his parents) than his lack of a jump shot does.

Kids will be just as happy playing 1-game tourneys + only 2-games. They'll not be overly fatigued/sore, they'll be less frustrated/discouraged, they will play closer to their peak abilities due to not being fatigued and frustrated. 5-6 games in a weekend is a really poor decision
