My brother works at a hospital that had to throw vaccine doses out because they weren’t able to find anyone to give them to. He asked if they could give it to his gf instead of throwing a dose out and was told no - they would lose their license.
A short list of things to try:
* Government leaders indemnify any credentialed healthcare provider or employer of same from liability resulting from good-faith attempt to administer a vaccine.
* Call Walgreens/CSVs, immediately. Tell them to prep to receive doses.

We dropped customer complaints massively by adding a spinner to our A+B=C calculation at one of my old jobs. Customers didn’t believe we could instantly calculate their estimated return on spend, so we added an artificial 3s load.
You might think Mike's joking, but he's not. I've worked on projects where we faked loading bars, extended loading times, or artificially made loading bars move at uneven speeds. Don't think I've ever coded a straight-up correct loading bar.

I unfortunately managed to delete the production database for the other day 😬. We got to about 6m events forwarded and just under 10k webhooks by the end of it. Reset everything but going through a data loss event is not a fun experience!
