Health advice worth more than the billions we spend on the FDA, CDC or NIH: Eat 75-90% protein diet with as much wild game/fish as possible. Hunt and grow your own. Cook your own food with fresh ingredients. Avoid store bought, premade meals. Food prep. Your diet and food are better that way. Eat 2 meals in an 8hr window. Don't snack. *This changes with heavy exercise where performance can decline with under nutrition. Min 4 cups of black coffee a day. Cover 5mi on your feet per day minimum. Some of your walking should be 30-60min where you don't use electronics. Exercise: Weightlifting - Lift to failure on a regular basis. Cardio - Sprints are an integral part of cardio. Push your aerobic and anaerobic metabolism to threshold. Maintenance cardio - Do 4-5x a week: 3-5 mile run /12-15 mile bike/2000m swimming/extra walking. Exercise and or walk for 45min, 4-5x a week. You'll get fit with that routine.
