So I've been up super early & just been to see the most important Woman in my life. If it wasn't for my Mum I'd struggle, having lost my Dad 23 years ago I pray that she stays healthy. She's 82 & everyday I have with her is a God given blessing. So if you've go parents love them.

To all my fellow Reds, I like many other Hillsborough Survivors struggle with PTSD, Depression & Anxiety and the hardest thing for me is that I feel an imposter to be alive while 96 now 97 lives were taken. Yet thanks to this amazing group @HillsboroughSu1 I know I'm not alone.

I am blessed for I still have my Mum in my life, for she's my World & the focal point of our family. At present my sister is round with her daughters, my daughters are here with my Granddaughters. So in total 12 women & there's 4 different conversations going on & I'm all ears.❤️

It's been exactly 25 years since I lost my Dad through Cancer. I loved him with all my Heart, he raised me to respect everyone, be a Gentleman & always treat women with the utmost respect. So to you Dad I wish you a High place in Heaven & I wish I can be the man that you were. ❤️

I'm going to miss the match today as I'm off to my Uncles funeral, unfortunately he passed away in his sleep yesterday & as cruel as it may sound to some, I believe it was what was best for him. For the last 3 years he had severe Dementia & Alzhiemers. So love those in your life.
