@Juve020383 I think this is a pretty measured and thoughtful take. Most of us have no reference on who or what Kelly is as a player, but clearly being English works against him in some people's minds, for some reason. I'm willing to let him prove he can hang before giving up on the buy.

@EYtreeide I'm willing to bet most of his most vocal detractors have seen about as much of him as I have: none. To write it off as a dud before giving it an opportunity to actually succeed or fail is hasty.

@ahbaijabbabai I suppose it's too much to ask to give a player some time to settle when joining a new team in a foreign league mid-season after entering at halftime in an away match. But that's just me.

@Tommy_Gun444 Thing is, finishing relatively comfortable chances for a player of his capability isn't a matter of fit or manager. But I would understand if anyone would question whether he can be a high work rate striker, though. I've seen him do it, just not regularly, unfortunately.

Keep in mind, I still believe in Vlahovic's talent entirely. My best-case scenario is Dusan finishes the season strong with RKM and we can proceed together. It's not looking to be the likeliest outcome for now, but things can change quickly. Lots of matches still to come.

@ardus90 But primarily as a 10 for much of the campaign, which has been troubling considering there are alternatives at times and it's insisted upon. I'm okay with Motta valuing his formation and approach, but some flexibility at times might be worth exploring.

@PoprostuPL Also, while I grant that he's got a checkered history of nagging injuries over the past couple of seasons, he's been fit all of this year.
