CLC और DFS ने यह कहकर इसपर बात करने से मना कर दिया कि चूंकि आप सिर्फ एक बैंक की यूनियन हैं और यह मुद्दा इंडस्ट्री का है इसलिए इसपर हम आप से बात नहीं कर सकते। अतः अब इसके लिए सभी यूनियनों के संगठन UFBU को स्ट्राइक की कॉल देनी चाहिए ताकि CLC और DFS से इस मुद्दे पर बात की जा सके।
