Any Israeli district army commander can issue an administrative detention order, which lasts 6 months but can be extended. Unlimited detainment without charge.

At first I thought it was Last of the Mohicans (same cast members and brilliant film) but this is a western TV series with building the railroads as its backdrop. Let me know if you enjoy it
