There a few slow areas in the Metro area - most notably on S/WB I-55/64 approaching the PSB and the IL 157 corridor just south of IL 15. Otherwise, the start of the Friday PM rush sees flowing traffic. Please plan ahead, exhibit patience, and use added caution. #ILTraffic

2/7/25 UPDATE: Due to inclement weather, the I-55/64/70 lane restrictions have been rescheduled to start, weather permitting, Saturday, Feb. 15.

ST. CLAIR COUNTY: Starting Feb. 8, weekend lane restrictions will be in place on I-55/64/70 from the Mississippi River to east of the I-64 interchange in East St. Louis for a lighting project. 🕔Restrictions: Saturdays 5 a.m. - Sundays 5 p.m. 📅Project completion: Summer 2026.

There is a train crossing Mousette/50th Street south of IL 163 and is heading toward IL 157. All roads are open and flowing. Otherwise, there are slow pockets along IL 3, IL 13, 157, and IL 163. #ILTraffic
