I am really starting to wake up to the idea The Philadelphia Project really was just 'The Flying Dutchman' ghost story of it's day. The idea of Tesla, Einstein, and John Von Neumann, like the rockstar scientists of their time, working as a League of Extra-ordinary Gentlemen of Math & Sciences, to create 'electronic camouflage' and inadvertently opening a time/space rift ... simply makes for a fun sci-fi concept.

The judicial branch is responsible for interpreting laws, applying them to individual cases, and deciding whether laws violate the Constitution.
