Great to see some movement with NSW's nature laws, but does this really go far enough when it comes to habitat destruction?
NSW biodiversity conservation laws are getting an overhaul. New commitments by @PennySharpemlc @ChrisMinnsMP address many major issues enabling ongoing nature loss in NSW, such as the biodiversity offsets scheme - but there are still significant gaps, such as inadequate action to address land clearing.
