In the real world, I've met fans of tons of fans kf famous influencers from Logan Paul to Destiny. I've NEVER met anyone who considered themselves an Asmongold fan.

IMO It's because they don't care because it confirms their world view. It's easier not to question the narrative or the parasocial relationship they've built
I don't know how people can watch content from creators who are consistently wrong about various issues both factually and contextually and still throw support behind them. There are so many cases where this is true on the internet. Bizarre stuff.
