@Cuisinart my question is this ,after spending so much time on the phone trying to reach a fair resolution and you even charged me $29 for the only replacement I could use,where do I send the bill for my time?Where should I direct that?

@Cuisinart so my grind a brew less then a year old burnt up on my counter.Its the 3rd one to do so over the years.All seem to have been heat plate related.The unit this one had replaced,didn’t burn up,it had a thermal just died one day.

@Cuisinart And while the customer support was there, they wouldn’t give credit on their website for me to use…it HAD to be a new coffee maker…so not wanting another fire hazard I opted for one with a thermal carafe and not heat plate…no k cup either, and they made me pay $29!
