Well, the conversation was about Super Bowl tickets, not the artist performing. Yes, he was part of the Super Bowl again, but that’s just one aspect of the experience of attending a Super Bowl. There’s the crowd, the food, the atmosphere, and so on. People enjoy these things, so a $2K ticket for a Super Bowl isn’t considered expensive.

Yeah, I agree that if football isn’t your thing, don’t do it. It’s not my thing either. I don’t know much about football, but I wouldn’t mind going just for the experience and the atmosphere. However, people spend money on other things they don’t need that accumulate to a greater total than a ticket, and they complain that a ticket is expensive. But the real problem is the bad habits they develop and cost of that.
