run of pyramid cave. this stage encapsulates everything i adore about SA2's speed stages. this isn't even my favorite in the game yet i still think it's one of the best sonic levels ever made. perfect length, music, shortcut opportunities, & difficulty. this is why SA2 is peak.

something i just remembered about bubble man thanks to b&f's database is that his waterproofing system is what doesn't allow him to walk. wily built a robot that couldn't move properly, saw that, & just laughed at it, leaving it as is as opposed to fixing it bc he found it funny.

Sonic Battle is fun as hell if you can endure the entry barrier, everyone should play it now and pretend it just dropped so you have another Sonic game with more Shadow lore to play before the new stuff.
Best of all, Shadow and Emerl are basically brothers.
