@immaggi @DalgetySusan Very interesting that you ask. I started looking at her background. Born in Glasgow and went to university there. So did Nicola Sturgeon, but a different University, but I am wondering if they know each other.

@NonaDaum @DalgetySusan I don't know, but I Googled a while ago and found that following union guidelines is not mandatory. So it might be that each establishment can set their own policy. That's how I understand it from what I read.

How sweet. Because if there is one place predatory heterosexual males will find women and children, it is in the loos. Often empty and out of the way. Everywhere is now open to any male that wants to. But Trans Women don't choose to be that way. My belief is that there are genes involved. Maybe part of the brain that controls courtship. Because Trans people cannot explain it themselves.

That's very good. Being reasonable. And I don't actually have any fear of Trans Women. But I am a bit of a prude, and don't want anyone in the loo when I am there. Even woman. But where I worked, we joined another site and they had some mixed loos. I really thought they were crazy. A lot worse than having a trans woman in the loo with you in my opinion. But my particular issue, is that I am very sure the excited fetishists are having a field day. But they will all just say they are trans. I see it in the street. Beards. Mini skirts. High heels. All now seen as so normal, no longer in the current diagnostic manual.

JC. Over 20 yrs ago I taught nurses. One was a trans woman. Very nice, met him occassionally for lunch. No one knew much about it then. But I would not be happy with him in the loos or changing rooms. Would not be happening. I think he used the male loos though. But it is the fetishes, like you say. Cross dressers, fetishistic transvestites/autogynephiles, (all usually heterosexual), all let loose, anywhere woman and girls are. And removed from Mental Disorders completely. Unison today have approved guidelines that if a man says he is a woman, he is. General Secretary, Christine something I think. Scottish. Previous member of the Communist Party, (long time ago). I'm wondering if she is a very good friend on Nicola Sturgeon. I think, like you might mean, that there are links.

@MeMyselfOnline That's it. What benefits does a man get from ' being a woman ', that he does not get being a man. (apart from going into woman's spaces).

I can imagine. I looked into it a bit, and I believe a Trans Woman in Denmark got the term transsexual removed from Mental Disorders/Illnesses, and then the WHO were lobbied and this has now happened in many countries. Because there would be a problem with Mentally ill men in woman's loos. But I then wanted to look at where the GRA Act came from and this will be very helpful. I should actually read it as well though.

@RabMcPhoto @Moog68 @boswelltoday Not supposed to. Thanks. They might be too worried they are asked for their phones.

@Pearla2016 @CCC35837393 @boswelltoday From what I can see when I Google it, they have lodged an Employment Tribunal, but nothing recent comes up, so I believe it has not happened yet. I think we will all know as they were subjected to some real craziness.

@Moog68 @boswelltoday I bet they are. I wish I knew all the rules for witnesses. Can they contact each other in the evenings. I don't know.

@CCC35837393 @boswelltoday I agree. I imagine the managers in the Darlington nurses case are watching this very carefully, as will many others be.

@LizJone55098804 @tribunaltweets Yes. I think that's why there are problems with the timeline of the correspondence because they were talking about it, but not recording everything.
