You can’t plan to exceed your academic and athletic goals, but you can prepare to miss some goals. In the 2019 Track season, my athletes missed 56 goals. Yet 19 met or exceeded the goals they set out. Including 2 school records, 6 4.0 GPAs and 1 first generation college graduate.
