@essexhighways why is it so difficult to make contact or when I make contact online I have no response? A132 out of Wickford along the Nevendon Road towards the A127 the traffic lights are out of sequence and have been for some time causing huge queues out of Wickford.

Issues with digital channels but they haven't got enough customer services operators to respond so just cut you off. You need to step up Virgin as on going issues with your service, packages that have been going on for a year now.

@ESWH2O reported 12th water leak in SS12 0NB area in the last few weeks....getting to be a frequent disruption to supplies let alone the issues with roads/pavements being closed or dug up. You say you are monitoring number of leaks..what is acceptable to you? Investment required

It is beyond a joke and is becoming a more than weekly disruption....12th burst water pipe in SS12 0NB area over the last few weeks. Not good enough Essex and Suffolk Water...surely now we have reached the point where investment is desperately needed...story for papers to follow.

@eswater_care after 3 previous leaks this week and another the week before they decide again to fix 2 ongoing leaks and switch off the water again with 5 minutes notice and a hair full of shampoo. Fix it permanently. Completely unacceptable. I don't care how much it costs!

This is getting ridiculous 3 times in 1 week with no water. The newest 2 leaks have been ongoing for days but decide it's important to fix on a Friday night! Poor show. Area affected around SS12 0NB. NEEDS FIXING PERMENANTLY. NEW PIPE NEEDED. DON'T CARE HOW MUCH IT COSTS!

@WeeksKris @JudgeClayJ You wear a mask to protect others not yourself...therefore if you decide not to wear a mask you fail in your civil duty to protect others. Can't think of anything more selfish than refusing the simple task of wearing a mask. It has nothing to do with being controlled. Save lives.

There will be an inquiry and then a judgement will be made but for now much of what we read is not proven so any research follows a given narrative but thank you for your comment.

Avoid changing your package. I was called and offered larger package for £10 extra per month. Since November they have failed to add discounts and this month have been told my bill will be £262.00 rather than £114.00! Zero calls back!
