JUST because a character shares even the slightest bit of similarities to one of the unseen vets, it does NOT mean they were cut.

It seems like Hugh was a very late cut according to some leakers and insiders. It makes sense considering he's the cut veteran with the most screentime.
I think if any more cut vets are on the table for DLC, Hugh is a likely frontrunner.

Apparently, a new leak for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl has popped up on Reddit, and a bunch of people have been talking about it's validity. We're supposedly going to be getting a new trailer dropping on either August 9th or 10th, so we should be finding out soon enough if real.

Assuming Hugh returns (which he probably will), I have two ideas for potential supers:
1. Hugh summons the Malibu Death Machine, causing a huge blast to the opponents.
2. Hugh uses the Quantum Replay 2000 to send the opponents to the prehistoric era to get barraged by dinosaurs.

All in all, Hugh is an insanely fun character and if you're someone who ended up dipping out of the NASB community due to a lack of interest, I'd highly recommend coming back just to see the sheer amount of love and passion poured into these DLC characters as a whole.
