I want folks in Toronto to understand how incredibly lucky they are that their counter-protest played out the way it did. MTL is the 2nd most populated city in Canada, and we were still, eventually, outnumbered by the fascists. It was scary. It was heartbreaking.

Do this but, instead of using your fingers, put a paper towel over the pan and use a coin to press down over the whole thing. It'll make it flat, and it presses out the alcohol, so it'll dry faster and you can use it sooner 😅

This drag artist I really love used to have a HEAVY paint and it was absolutely perfect. But more recently they have softened it considerably, & it's still perfect, but I, selfishly, always get a little sad when I see a clown-faced sibling change to a more mainstream look 😭

As a country kid, I was always taught not to bother eating fruit from trees in the city because 1) so many are bred for looks, not food 2) they aren't tended, so they are often filled with bugs & rot, and 3) they are covered in highway filth. 🤷🏼♀️

Body doubling is changing everything for me right now.
Once I got past a lot of the shame, I was able to ask two trusted friends to come over while I cleaned my apartment. I insist that they not help. They're just there to talk to me while I clean. I've gotten SO MUCH done!
