@goatkaiser88 exactly people are saying surgery as if it’s a tear, based off the multiple weeks to one month timeline, it’s a grade 2 STRAIN, which doesn’t require any surgery but however can completely heal w adequate recovery

@goatkaiser88 stretching of the muscle fibers that cause smaller tears in the muscle tissue and pain, possible bruising, and swelling… ima kinesiology major lol ik injuries. muscle strains don’t require surgery at all unless the patient isn’t responding to rehab, or completely tears it
