@IsaiahLCarter He protected people.The chokehold wouldve been non-lethal if it weren’t for the drugs in guy’s system. If a Marine wanted to kill somebody they wouldn’t have employed a chokehold. This isn’t about race, but TV and BLM will say otherwise.
