Hokusai’s ‘The Great Wave’ is commonly called ‘Namiura’, which literally means "backside of the waves". In my case, the wave is made by flowers (hana), that’s why I titled it Hana-ura (backside of flowers). I also engraved the name “Hanaura” (花裏) in the painting. S.Katsumi
