The problem with only seeing 2 people leaving the campground is he could’ve been riding in the camper insert when they left the campground & they wouldn’t c him. The neighbors said Brian rode in the camper part when they left his house to go camping which they thought was odd.

According to the scanner, they’ve gotten all the trapped firefighters out & a couple ambulances are en route to the hospital w/victims (I’m assuming firefighters) & some victims are still being treated by rescue crews on scene & will be transported shortly. What a mess!! Scary!!!

I totally agree Steve. A lot of ppl don’t realize it takes a while for a body to ride to surface & often takes months in frigid waters. If the body is in the water (which I suspect), sometime in the next week, it would be most likely to surface. I pray he’s not in the water.😥💔

Officer injured with burns to the face from an overheating car isn’t related to the shootout. Apparently the homeowner who shot at Cavalcante was shot & injured but unknown status & unconfirmed reports a dog was shot as well (not sure if it was homeowner’s dog or a police k9).

The son didn’t get killed. He put his fathers body in the ditch so he could come back later to reclaim his father’s body. The living dog is laying down there w/his dead owner while the son is doing stuff after a friend showed up (from the sounds of it). 2 dogs+dad died.😥

If it’s dismissed, they can bring charges against him later. Since the prosecution has screwed this case up & since the judge won’t allow the experts to testify, it’s better to dismiss the charges & refile 2nd degree murder charges later & they can get it right next time.
