The weight room completely changed my baseball career for the better. Ask anyone who played with me in my time at NKU. It’s the most beneficial tool I have found during my career.
I’d argue that hitting the gym extra will be more beneficial than extra swings. Don’t be fooled, Baseball Players you need to be strong. Are you ready at 18 to face this? @TopPreps

Big first baseman Griffin Doersching, who has launched some absolutely memorable monster homers, but turns 26 next week and had a .689 OPS in High-A this year. UTIL Jarryd Dale, the 2017 signee out of Australia has struggled offensively over the last three years. 3/3.

Currently at Greysen’s game and watched my gigantic father actually snag a foul ball with UNBELIEVABLY good hands. He proceeded to then Gronk spike it 5 feet in front of him while trying to throw it back to the pitcher. Heavy D, a man of many talents.

last year at the gym there was this man who would come in on a motorized scooter and would need assistance to get on the treadmill to walk. today I went in and he was on the elliptical with no scooter in sight, had to be down 50+ lbs as well. good for you man.
