@Amerks_Fan That is weird. I had updated from the IIHF World Junior rosters, he was listed at 5'11", they later updated to 6'0". Swedish league had him at 6'0" last year. AHL has him at 6'4" this year. It's hard to know who to believe.

@beatleswill Yes, that's accurate, but something that will be very difficult to figure out. The NHL is easy, but who knows who the backup goalie was for the 1975-76 Dayton Gems when Jim Pettie played all 15 games in their postseason?

@johnwheatley713 Thanks, it was the right time to take that task on, and the plan is to have it updating in real time next season. I just wish that the NCAA teams would publish birthdates, or even just birth years. That information is hard to find.

@lklundin @internetarchive I wouldn't be surprised if it was an AI company (or someone trying out AI) trying to train. The amount of traffic from declared AI bots is ridiculous, and I'm sure that many more don't bother to declare.

@Jerome_Berube I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we had an advertiser injecting bad code, and because advertising is so geographically targeted these days, the same ads don't always go to the same people, and I hadn't noticed this. I have removed them, there should be no more issues.

@agentofascent I'm sorry, I was not aware that we had a rogue advertiser who was injecting bad ad code onto the site. We have removed that advertiser, the site should be fine now. If something like this happens in the future, just send an email or message!
