Flagg/Harper: Young building team that just needs the 1A. Examples Wiz, Jazz VJ: Teams that have a jumbo creator already. Ex Hornets, Raps Queen: Teams with creative offensive coaches that run a lot of DHO. Ex Nets, Jazz Tre Johnson: A team just starting a rebuild. Ex Bulls
Some of my favourite NBA landing spots for 2025 draft prospects: Cooper Flagg - any team that’s tanking hard and doesn’t have their franchise cornerstone VJ Edgecombe - Charlotte Hornets, they badly need his defense + secondary playmaking combo Collin Murray-Boyles - San Antonio Spurs, would go so hard with Wemby Ace Bailey - Portland Trail Blazers, could actually see him fitting here pretty well, providing length and shooting at the wing spot

@RaraCougs @RyanPB15MBL @MarkW_E01 The Jazz desperately need a top 2 pick because of their decisions of the last three years. It's a need at this point. Or they will be in a very bad way.

@RyanPB15MBL @RaraCougs @MarkW_E01 It actually does. Having the best odds guarantees you can't fall below 5.

@BrettSiegelNBA @_utilitysports The Jazz haven't done Jack since the trades 3 years ago. They don't even have a number 1 option yet. So idk how they can be considered winners either if you're taking this approach.

@_utilitysports And the Jazz haven't accomplished a single thing since the Mitchell/Gobert trades. No closer to anything now than they were 3 years ago.

@ReyAlmighty The Warriors probably wouldn't have even considered trading for Vooch unless they got Butler or KD first. And the money of Looney and GP3 doesn't work without another small contract added because of the hard cap.

@ReyAlmighty I just don't think there was much of a market for Vooch honestly. Like maybe the Warriors? But would they trade TJD to make the money work? What other team?

@onballcreator Been trying to tell Jazz fans this. One of the major reasons I was so high on Cody. His ability to drive and finish with an underdeveloped body and weak handle was an extremely positive sign long-term.

@CollinRugg From what I've read the SUV was having transmission problems and the truck behind was attempting to push it to a different location. SUV didn't have enough power to get over the tracks by itself or reverse completely.

@WaxMuseumPC Yeah. And you also have to take into account the money. They already have bad money on the books with the Pat Will contract. So it's like, yeah you want draft assets if you're rebuilding, but they also need to use caution in how they obtain them.

The thing I struggle with on Egor isn't the weaknesses people bring up, it's actually his perceived strengths. He's a good passer but I don't think he's quite the playmaker that others think he is. Most of his reads are basic (the passes are just creative)
Egor Demin vs West Virginia tonight… 16 PTS (6-12 FG, 1-4 3PT) 3 REBS 2 AST 1 STL How we feeling about his draft stock rn?

@ReyAlmighty He'd probably be fine there. I was just thinking about stylistic fits that could maximize what Queen does. Jordi Fernandez runs a lot of DHO's and the Nets don't really have a hub. Will Hardy is very creative with his offense and is running more DHO's this year too.
