@dr_cellini Independent interventional radiology groups can be successful in the hospital setting. If the hospital requires coverage of poorly reimbursed procedures then negotiate a reasonable value with the hospital. I know specific examples of this working in rural settings.

@LessneVIR @IrColorado @CURadiology @SIRspecialists @SIRRFS No, probably a first for us. I’ve only used reentry for PAD. The anatomy just worked out perfectly for the pioneer. Snare was easily visible in the target vessel with IVUS. Very low stress with such good visualization Fellow and resident made all of the critical moves.
