@DilipMysore @drjohnm @Clayton_Mansel @drgrahamcole @ProfDFrancis A well conducted observational study, be it funded by NIH or not, can provide us insights into RCTs that needs to be conducted. If we read in the discussion section of the paper, there seems to be justification regarding the said findings! Maybe a RCT can confirm the findings?
