KEEN-EYED BIKE OFFICER SPOTS WANTED PERSON | On 2/11, the HPD Bike Officer Team was on patrol in downtown Hillsboro when they observed a male who they knew to have multiple warrants for his arrest. Officers arrested Francisco Medrano Del Los Santos (55).

Richard Arroyo Padro (38) of Portland, was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail on the following charges: - Theft in the third degree - Attempted Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle - Possession of a Controlled Substance - Identity Theft (multiple counts)

While officers investigated, a nearby resident approached officers and reported the male attempted to enter his vehicle before being contacted by officers. During a search of the male, officers located drug paraphernalia, and credit cards not belonging to the male.

STOLEN CAR, DUII DRIVER, COCAINE | On 1/20, a little after midnight, dispatch received a call regarding a vehicle stolen and driven by an intoxicated female. Officers located the car and arrested the driver. Kimberly Pesantez-Carlos (23yo) of Vancouver was arrested.
