I did a week of 24/7, loved it.

How do people wear 24/7?
My body gets exhausted a lot more and faster when I wear, as if I extensively exercise during the day. This is due to how the diaper changes the amount of pressure I put on my legs, back etc. in daily activities like walking.
Am I doing something wrong?

Btw, whoever needs to hear this: multiple of my therapists have validated being ABDL as a valid and healthy coping mechanism if it helps you.
The criteria is that it is safe and consentual.
I told around 5 therapists and that was the response of all of them.

Too many people to tag and too many private thought processes to share publicly but I have confirmed to myself that this community is simply beautiful.
