The “Camp de Base” conference center is in the heart of the pedestrian village, no more than 200m from the two 3-star hotels which offer preferred rates for attendees (for booking details see Accommodations). The deadline to get these preferred rates is 20 June.

There is no viable public transport between Montréal and Mont Tremblant. We are arranging bus transfers from Pierre Trudeau airport - fill out the survey to help us maximize its efficacy. The bus schedule will be posted soon!

We hope to offer travel awards, especially to students, but their availability will depend greatly on our financial situation, and we will not know about their status until closer to the conference date.

Mont-Tremblant is ~125km N of Montréal’s Pierre Trudeau airport. We are working on arranging bus transfers from the airport (fee TBD) but car rental is also a good option (parking is not included in registration or hotel fees).
