My cousin gave birth to her second child in Pakistan through surgery. But the doctor messed up something. When she came out of surgery she kept saying the doctor did something to her and then passed out.
Later they found she'd been internally bleeding a lot.

Members of our family donated around 12 bags of blood to her but she still wont come around.

We got explained by her new doctors what went wrong.
My cousin's uterus got too weak to hold the post surgery stitches so instead of notifying a senior doctor or the family about this, her old doctor, just stitched her stomach back together while her uterus kept bleeding

A family member who is a doctor realized that the blood they kept washing out after the surgery was fresh blood that my cousin was losing which her stupid doctors were passing off as blood that was lost in surgery..

By the time my cousin was taken to the new hospital she had lost so much blood that parts of her body stopped functioning, including her brain, lungs and her kidneys.
She underwent another surgery and they had to remove her uterus to prevent more bleeding
