Very sad day in the Commonwealth. Coach Haywood was an absolute legend, and universally respected across the state of KY. His number of wins and state championships are incredible, but by all accounts, he was a 1st class man, and incredible role model for his players. RIP Coach
Belfry High School's Philip Haywood, Kentucky's all-time winningest football coach, has died at age 73. He suffered multiple injuries in an automobile accident four days ago
