@CityFurniture Well the “founder” needs to find better customer service reps that are nicer and also he needs to do better because as a first time customer; this has been a horrible experience. I was sent the wrong items and it’s like they don’t care to helps item arrived broken. Stay away!

#americanexpress is the worst company you can possible bank with. We have been belittled and spoken to in a very rude fashion and this is not what customer service is about. We signed up for Direct Deposit and #americanexpress denied us and we are now out our money!

For anyone thinking about joining #americanexpress , we highly recommend that you dont! Horrible customer service and they have hung up on us 4 times and they wont help us at all. We are very livid because they have messed up our Direct Deposit! Not Happy!!!!
