Big thank you to my wonderful colleagues for the collection for my 40th birthday, and having it converted to dollars too ready for my trip to New York was incredibly thoughtful and I am so overwhelmed and grateful. I do work with a fantastic bunch!

Everyone who knows me, knows making cheesecakes is my thing, so on shift today I have supported one of service users to make their first ever cheesecakes and they made dairy milk individual ones. What lovely start to the new year @LathomSuitePICU

Your mental health is just as important as your phyiscal health. You wouldn’t leave a broken arm and continue on, if you have any kind struggle, trouble, worry reach out there is no right or wrong way to feel. The worlds tough and we all need to look after each other. ❤️

myself and Jason first met back in 21 i was a student on my last placement where he worked as a HCA. 3 years on, I’ve been lucky to work alongside Jason as a student, band 5 and almost 2 years after I started my 6 journey he has joined me. Couldn’t be prouder Jay 💙

Fabulous 2 days on the level 5 coaching course. Met some amazing people within our trust and it was inspiring hearing their stories. Looking forward to the next two days in December

Sometimes a shift can be challenging and we take a moment to reflect. I am so proud of the team today. Despite the challenge all I saw was compassion and a shared goal, the staff know who they are every one of you as a team and individually were brilliant and continue to be ❤️
