The difference is that the righteous are taken into his arms and blessed with a speedy recovery physically or spiritually, and the wicked are tossed in the lake of fire or struggle to recover without his help. So when you criticize God for the righteous suffering alongside the wicked, this was all planned, and Jesus told us this would happen and what the results would be for the faithful and the wicked. God is good all the time, and all the time, God is Good. Pray for the just and the unjust harder!
