@WestMidRailway And someone in this company thought it was acceptable to send coaches and tell disabled passengers these were accessible when they weren't. If passengers didn't help me up, physically you would have stranded me! I had waited 45 minutes in the cold by the time these came!

It wasn't long ago I was the youngest on the council and I said we needed more young people to become councillors. Good on you honestly.
